The Pre-Sales Coordinator will support the sales and operations teams by managing all documentation, query resolution, and coordination activities
after an order is confirmed until final dispatch
.
Key Responsibilities
1. Documentation Management
Prepare, verify, and process all post-order documentation (shipping bills, invoices, dispatch notes, etc.).
Maintain accurate records of container bookings, dispatch schedules, and shipment status.
Ensure compliance with export/import documentation and cold chain logistics requirements.
2. Query Resolution
Act as the first point of contact for client queries related to confirmed orders.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to resolve issues promptly.
Provide timely updates to clients on order status, container readiness, and dispatch timelines.
3. Order & Yard Coordination
Coordinate closely with the Yard team to monitor order status and progress.
Ensure all orders are prepared on schedule and dispatched to clients within committed timelines.
Verify that container orders meet all specifications and requirements as outlined in the Purchase Order (PO) before release.
4, Reporting & Tracking
Update CRM/logistics systems with order progress and dispatch details.
Generate daily/weekly reports on order status, pending queries, and dispatch timelines.
Highlight risks or delays to the operations team for proactive resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of logistics operations, container handling, and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
Preferred Experience
0-2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or customer coordination.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
