Job Responsibilities
? Handle incoming customer enquiries (calls, walk-ins, and online leads)
? Provide project details, schedule site visits, and follow up with potential clients
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Maintain and update enquiry records and CRM entries
? Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion
? Good geographical awareness of Thrissur and nearby areas is essential
? Prior experience in enquiry handling or tele calling is preferred
? 1 to 2 years of experience will be an added advantage
Minimum Educational Qualification - Graduation
