Job Description
ob Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer enquiries (calls, walk-ins, and online leads)
Provide project details, schedule site visits, and follow up with potential clients
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Maintain and update enquiry records and CRM entries
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion
Good geographical awareness of Thrissur and nearby areas is essential
Prior experience in enquiry handling or tele calling is preferred
1 to 2 years of experience will be an added advantage
Minimum Educational Qualification - Plus Two
