Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to real estate inquiries.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate project information.
Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Maintain and update lead details in CRM systems.
Follow up with potential customers to ensure timely closures.
Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (freshers welcome).
Strong interest in sales, customer engagement, and real estate.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada (mandatory).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
