Job Responsibilities:
Conducting outbound calls to a database of prospective customers, identifying their needs, qualifying them and creating a pipeline for the next steps in the sales process.
Timely follow-ups with prospects to ensure each enquiry either moves ahead or is dropped from the sales process.
Meeting and exceeding targets for site visits generated
Keeping up to date with our offerings as well as competition.
Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
Participating in events, conferences and project launches when required.
