About the Role



As a

Pre-Sales Associate

at

Newton School of Technology

, you will play a pivotal role in driving applications and supporting the overall pipeline. You'll work closely with the admissions, marketing, and product teams to understand student needs, present program offerings, and ensure a seamless experience from lead generation to conversion. This role requires a blend of communication skills, analytical thinking, and sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities



Assist the team in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads through calls and follow-ups. Understand student and parent requirements to provide personalized program recommendations. Prepare proposals, and sales collateral aligned with NST's offerings. Conduct product demos or counselling sessions, highlighting the value proposition effectively. Maintain accurate and updated records of all leads, interactions, and feedback in the CRM. Collaborate with teams to stay updated on new features, campaigns, and messaging. Support the team during the negotiation, follow-up, and closure phases. Conduct market and competitor research to refine sales strategies and positioning.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in any discipline. (MBA Preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English and Hindi. 1-2 years of experience in sales, pre-sales, or client-facing roles (preferably in Education). Strong presentation, documentation, and proposal-building skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with high ownership and accountability.

Working days:

6 days a week (rotational shift based on roasters).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
