We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Pre-Sales & Sales Enablement Associate to
drive impactful content across the entire school engagement journey -- from first pitch to
post-tour follow-up. This role bridges sales, operations, and client success, creating
compelling, customized materials that align with school expectations, grade-specific curriculum, and operational feasibility.
Key Responsibilities
? Pre-Sales Content Development
? Design custom proposals and pitch decks tailored to school needs, grade levels,
and trip expectations.
? Develop visually engaging travel itineraries based on grade-specific requirements
and program scope.
? Ensure all proposals clearly communicate how the program connects to
curriculum outcomes.
? Sales Enablement
? Produce videos, brochures, and digital assets to support tour enrollments.
? Maintain and refine templates for faster, more consistent proposal turnaround.
? School Success & Post-Tour Engagement
? Create closure decks, feedback presentations, and "What's Next"
recommendations for schools.
? Prepare visual takeaways (e.g., photo frames, certificates) for students to
enhance the overall tour experience.
? Content Improvement & Process Alignment
? Ensure all communication materials are consistent from school onboarding ?
parent communication ? tour completion.
? Work closely with sales and operations teams to improve content flow and
efficiency.
Requirements
? 1-3 years in content development and writing, pre-sales, marketing, or related fields
(education/travel industry a plus).
? Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva).
? Excellent written and visual communication skills.
? Ability to manage multiple projects within tight timelines.
Nice-to-Have Skills
? Basic video editing and creation skills.
? Experience in creating storytelling-driven content for schools.
? Familiarity with educational travel or school programs.
