Identify and generate leads through cold calling, digital marketing, and networking.
Contact potential clients, introduce company services, and assess their interior design requirements.
Follow up with inquiries and maintain a database of potential clients.
Client Consultation & Qualification
Understand client needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
Educate clients about the company's interior design solutions, project process, and pricing structure.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales/design team.
Sales Support & Coordination
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Maintain proper documentation of client interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the design and execution teams to provide accurate information to clients.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Research market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
Provide insights to improve sales strategies and service offerings.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
years of experience in pre-sales, sales, customer service, or a related role (preferably in interior design or real estate).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
