Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns, social media, and property portals.
Make outbound calls to warm leads and explain project details effectively.
Qualify prospects based on budget, location preference, and buying timeline.
Maintain and update CRM with lead information and follow-up status.
Schedule and confirm site visits for the sales team.
Share project brochures, pricing, and relevant documents with leads.
Coordinate between sales team and customers for smooth communication.
Achieve daily/weekly target of calls, leads, and site visits.
Build strong rapport with potential homebuyers and investors.
Requirements
0-3 years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales / Telesales / Customer Support.
Strong communication & convincing skills.
Ability to explain project details clearly and professionally.
Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Real estate experience preferred but not mandatory.
