We are hiring

Pre-Sales / Inside Sales professionals

with 2-5 years of experience in

IT sales lead generation

. The role focuses on identifying potential customers through

LinkedIn, cold calling, and email campaigns

, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold calling (30-50 calls/day), and email outreach.

Research and target potential clients across industries.

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings.

Maintain and update CRM with lead details and follow-up activities.

Collaborate with sales/BD team to ensure lead conversion.

Meet weekly/monthly lead generation targets.

Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Candidate Profile:

2-5 years of experience in

pre-sales / inside sales / lead generation

(preferably in IT).

Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Hands-on experience with

LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling & email tools

.

Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

Preferred: BCA, BSc (IT), BTech

Open to candidates from other educational backgrounds with relevant experience.

10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekends Off:

Saturday & Sunday
