We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Associates to manage inbound leads and drive customer interest toward store visits. You will serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, understand their requirements, provide product/service information, and ensure smooth coordination with the sales team for conversion. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and goal-driven execution.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through calls, chats, and CRM platforms.
  • Engage with prospects, understand their needs, and clearly communicate value propositions.
  • Convert interested customers into visits to designated Experience Centers.
  • Meet monthly targets of 80-100 qualified store visits for assigned locations.
  • Maintain accurate and updated lead data in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with Sales and Retail teams to ensure seamless lead transfer and improved conversion outcomes.
