Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused

Pre-Sales & Technical Support Engineer

to drive solution adoption, deliver impactful demonstrations, and provide deep technical expertise across multiple product lines. The role involves leading customer engagements, designing scalable architectures, executing Proofs of Concept (POCs), and supporting business growth through strong technical and consultative skills.

Key Responsibilities:Pre-Sales & Solution Design:



Lead

20-25 technical discussions, demos, and POCs monthly

with

?90% positive feedback

. Perform

35-45 POCs or technical sessions monthly

, completing each within

2-4 weeks

and

<3 iterations

.

Design scalable and realistic architectures

aligned with customer requirements.

Create BoQ and SoW

for at least

60% of supported opportunities

.

Influence ?20-30 lakh quarterly pipeline

and support closure of

?3 key deals per quarter

. Contribute technically to

10-15 ongoing opportunities

each quarter. Define

POC success criteria

, deliver closure reports, and manage all associated documentation. Drive

technical win strategy

in complex enterprise deals.

Technical Support & Escalation Management:



Provide

L2-level support

, managing escalations with OEMs/vendors to ensure

faster SLA-based resolutions

. Maintain

?95% accuracy

in CRM and POC documentation. Evaluate

infrastructure readiness

, perform

technical discovery

, and validate

integration feasibility

. Prepare and review

architecture diagrams, compliance/security reports

, and RFP/RFI responses.

Compliance & Risk Alignment:



Map proposed solutions to

ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, and DPDP Act

compliance standards. Support security and governance assessments for enterprise deployments.

Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration:



Deliver

1 focused internal or partner knowledge session per month

regularly.

Complete 2+ vendor/product certifications annually

to stay up to date with emerging technologies. Partner with

Product and Marketing

teams for feedback loops, content creation, and event participation. Conduct

competitive analysis

for enablement sessions and

joint customer positioning

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong knowledge of

IT Infrastructure / Cloud / Cybersecurity / Networking / Software Solutions

(customize per your product line). Experience in

solution architecture, system integration, and customer engagement

. Hands-on experience in conducting

POCs, demos, and technical workshops

. Understanding of

compliance frameworks

(ISO, PCI-DSS, RBI, DPDP, etc.). Excellent

presentation, communication, and stakeholder management

skills. High

customer empathy

and ability to remain

calm under pressure

. Strong

documentation and CRM hygiene

discipline.

Educational Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering

(Master's preferred). Relevant

technical certifications

from leading vendors (AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, Palo Alto, etc.) are an added advantage.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):



90%+ positive feedback on demos and POCs. 95%+ accuracy in documentation. Completion of minimum 35-45 POCs/month. Influence ?20-30 lakh quarterly pipeline. Closure contribution to ?3 key deals/quarter. Completion of 2+ certifications per year.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
