We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused
Pre-Sales & Technical Support Engineer
to drive solution adoption, deliver impactful demonstrations, and provide deep technical expertise across multiple product lines. The role involves leading customer engagements, designing scalable architectures, executing Proofs of Concept (POCs), and supporting business growth through strong technical and consultative skills.
Key Responsibilities:Pre-Sales & Solution Design:
Lead
20-25 technical discussions, demos, and POCs monthly
with
?90% positive feedback

Perform
35-45 POCs or technical sessions monthly
, completing each within
2-4 weeks
and
<3 iterations

Design scalable and realistic architectures
aligned with customer requirements.
Create BoQ and SoW
for at least
60% of supported opportunities

Influence ?20-30 lakh quarterly pipeline
and support closure of
?3 key deals per quarter

Contribute technically to
10-15 ongoing opportunities
each quarter.
Define
POC success criteria
, deliver closure reports, and manage all associated documentation.
Drive

Technical Support & Escalation Management:
Provide
L2-level support
, managing escalations with OEMs/vendors to ensure
