Pre-Sales and Client Service team
to strengthen customer engagement and conversion support for our growing client base.
Role Overview
We are seeking a
Pre-Sales & Client Service Executive
with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to client engagement.
The role primarily focuses on
lead qualification, client communication, and sales coordination
while ensuring excellent client service throughout the process.
The ideal candidate should have
at least 1 year of experience
in inside sales, pre-sales, or client coordination--preferably within IT, SaaS, or digital marketing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales (Primary Focus)
Engage with prospective clients via calls, emails, and online platforms to understand their business requirements.
Qualify leads and identify potential clients for Inmnatech's digital marketing services.
Explain products and services such as Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing effectively to prospects.
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales and marketing team.
Maintain updated lead and client records in CRM or Google Sheets.
Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups with warm leads to increase conversions.
Support the preparation of quotations and proposals customized to client requirements.
Client Service
Act as the first point of contact for client queries and feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain positive, professional client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage and resolve client concerns promptly and courteously.
Share regular updates on client projects or marketing campaigns.
Key Skills Required
Excellent communication (English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred)
Confident phone and email communication skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation ability
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, etc.)
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools
Ability to handle multiple clients and leads efficiently
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any stream (Marketing, Business, or Engineering preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience
in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or Client Coordination
Experience in digital marketing or ad-tech agencies will be an added advantage
Compensation
Salary Range:
?25,000 - ?40,000 per month (depending on experience and performance)
