We are seeking a highly skilled Presale Coordinator with strong hands-on experience in advanced Excel functions, formulas, and data analysis. The ideal candidate should be able to work with large datasets, create insightful reports, and automate tasks using Excel tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Use advanced Excel functions such as
VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH
, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, etc.
Create and manage
Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts
Analyze large datasets and generate accurate reports and dashboards
Clean, validate, and organize data for reporting and analysis
Automate repetitive tasks using
Excel formulas, Power Query, or Macros (preferred)
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
Support business teams with Excel-based solutions
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in
Microsoft Excel
Advanced knowledge of
formulas and functions
Hands-on experience with
Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and data analysis
Good understanding of data management and reporting
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Excel files
Strong attention to detail
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Knowledge of
VBA/Macros
Experience with
Power Query / Power Pivot
Basic understanding of data visualization and dashboards
