Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans for children ages 3-5 with the curriculum guidelines.
Foster emotional, social, and cognitive growth through playful, inclusive, and interactive activities.
Maintain a warm, safe classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence.
Assess student development and maintain communication with parents regarding progress.
Collaborate with other teachers and contribute to school events and co-curricular activities.
Required Qualifications
Graduate or postgraduate degree (preferably B.Ed, ECCEd, or NTT).
Minimum 2 years' teaching experience in Cambridge or International Early Years Programme.
Experience working with CBSE school systems is preferred.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Training or certification in Cambridge Early Years/NTT/Montessori will be an advantage.
