Job Title -Pre-Primary Teacher

Reports To: Principal / Headmistress / Pre-Primary Coordinator

Job Purpose:

To provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of children aged 3-6 years, while laying a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Classroom Management & Teaching

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities based on the curriculum (e.g., phonics, numbers, storytelling, art, craft, music, and movement).
Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Use interactive teaching methods, play-based learning, and creative resources.
Maintain classroom discipline using positive reinforcement techniques.
Child Development & Well-being

Observe and assess students' progress and identify learning needs.
Encourage independence, good manners, and social skills.
Support children's emotional well-being and help them adapt to the school environment.
Provide extra attention to children with special learning needs.
Qualifications & Skills

Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / Montessori Training / Equivalent, Graduation,

Strong communication skills in English (and local language if required).
Creativity, patience, and passion for teaching young children.
Ability to manage multiple activities and maintain a cheerful disposition.
Basic computer skills for lesson planning and reporting.

Pay: ?8,984.62 - ?33,951.15 per month

Work Location: In person
