Job Summary:

St. Teresa School, Kaushambi, is seeking a passionate and nurturing

Pre Primary Teacher

to educate and care for young learners from Nursery to KG. The ideal candidate will foster early childhood development by creating an engaging, safe, and supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and foundational learning skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate, interactive lessons. Teach literacy, numeracy, and EVS concepts through play-way methods. Conduct activities such as storytelling, rhymes, art and craft, and games. Maintain a positive, child-friendly classroom atmosphere. Monitor and record student progress and attendance. Prepare students for assemblies, celebrations, and school events. Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development. Collaborate with fellow teachers and follow the school curriculum.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree with NTT / ECCE / D.El.Ed. or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2 years of experience in Pre Primary teaching (preferred). Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong classroom management abilities. Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude toward children. Proficiency in preparing lesson plans and activity-based learning.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Saturday (as per school timings).

Compensation:

Salary as per school norms and experience.
