Position Overview: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for early childhood education, creativity, and the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children. Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that stimulate intellectual, social, and emotional growth. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration. Instructional Delivery: Foster a love for learning through interactive and play-based teaching methods. Incorporate a variety of teaching strategies to address diverse learning styles and abilities. Assessment and Reporting: Conduct ongoing assessments of students\' progress and communicate with parents/guardians regularly. Prepare and maintain accurate records of each student\'s development and achievements. Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere. Effectively manage classroom behavior and implement appropriate discipline when necessary. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers, staff, and parents to create a supportive educational community. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. State teaching certification/license. Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting. Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
