Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and nurturing Pre-Primary Teacher to handle Nursery / PP1 / PP2 classes. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about early childhood education and capable of creating a joyful, safe, and stimulating learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans as per the preschool curriculum

Create a warm, engaging, and child-friendly classroom environment

Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children

Use play-based, activity-oriented, and experiential teaching methods

Conduct circle time, storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, and indoor/outdoor activities

Observe, assess, and document children's progress regularly

Maintain discipline with positive reinforcement techniques

Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development and progress

Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of children at all times

Collaborate with co-teachers, coordinators, and support staff

Participate in school events, celebrations, trainings, and meetings

Maintain classroom records, attendance, and portfolios

Required Qualifications:

Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)

NTT / D.Ed (Early Childhood Education) / Montessori / ECCE certification preferred

Knowledge of preschool curriculum and child psychology

Experience:

0-3 years of teaching experience in a preschool / pre-primary school

Freshers with relevant certification and passion for teaching may apply

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication skills (English preferred)

Patience, empathy, and a caring attitude towards children

Creativity and enthusiasm in teaching

Classroom management skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team

Basic computer skills (for reports and communication)

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
