Pre-Primary Teacher

for our reputed preschool in

Anna Nagar, Chennai

. The ideal candidate should be a trained and experienced Montessori or Early Childhood Educator who can nurture young minds with care, creativity, and patience.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities in line with the Montessori method or Early Childhood Education principles. Foster a warm and encouraging classroom environment. Guide children in developing basic motor skills, communication, and social interaction. Track student progress and maintain detailed reports. Collaborate with parents and staff to support each child's growth. Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Certification in Montessori Training / Early Childhood Education (MNT or equivalent). 2-5 years of relevant teaching experience. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Passionate about working with young children.

Preferred Candidate:

Female candidates residing near Anna Nagar or willing to commute. Warm, empathetic, and energetic personality. Creative in storytelling, art, and interactive teaching methods.
