Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities for pre-primary students
Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning
Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
Observe and assess students' progress and maintain records
Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development
Encourage good habits, manners, and positive behavior
Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions
Eligibility & Requirements
Qualification in
Early Childhood Education / D.Ed / Montessori / ECCEd
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in pre-primary teaching preferred
Excellent communication skills in
English
(Hindi/Marathi is an advantage)
Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude towards children
Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents
