Create a positive learning environment
: Ensure the classroom is clean and organized, and free of hazardsPlan and teach lessons
: Create activities that help children learn and grow, such as games, songs, and storytellingEncourage social skills
: Help children learn to take turns, share, and communicate with othersAssess and track progress
: Observe and monitor children's development, and report to parentsCommunicate with parents
: Update parents on their child's growth and behaviorManage classroom activities
: Organize nap and snack time, and supervise children during free timeJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
