Core responsibilities

Curriculum development:

Design and implement creative, play-based educational programs that cover key areas like literacy, numeracy, social skills, and artistic development.

Student assessment:

Observe, monitor, and assess each child's academic, social, and emotional growth, and provide feedback to parents.

Classroom management:

Organize daily activities, manage behavior, and ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that adheres to health and safety regulations.

Parent communication:

Build positive relationships with parents, provide updates on their child's progress, and collaborate to support the child's learning.

Child support:

Nurture each child's social and emotional well-being, build their self-esteem, and guide them in interacting positively with peers.
