Role: Pre Primary Teacher

Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pre-Primary Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a supportive and engaging educational environment. This role is vital in shaping the foundational cognitive, emotional, and social development of children aged 3-6. The teacher will design and deliver age-appropriate, interactive lessons that foster curiosity, creativity, and early literacy and numeracy skills. By creating a warm, inclusive classroom atmosphere, the teacher will play a key role in building confidence and a lifelong love for learning in early childhood.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood curriculum standards.

• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that supports social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

• Monitor and document each child's progress through observation, assessment, and regular communication with parents.

• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support holistic child development.

• Collaborate with team members to plan activities, share resources, and maintain consistent teaching practices.

• Incorporate play-based learning, arts, music, and movement into daily routines to enhance learning outcomes.

• Maintain classroom organization, materials, and safety standards in compliance with school policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; Diploma in Pre-Primary Education is a plus.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in a pre-primary or kindergarten setting.

• Strong understanding of child development stages and early learning principles.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Proficient in using basic digital tools for lesson planning and record-keeping.

• Passion for working with young children and commitment to fostering a positive learning experience.
