Job Summary

The Pre-Primary School Teacher is responsible for nurturing and educating young children (ages 2.5 to 5 years) by creating a safe, joyful, and stimulating learning environment. The teacher supports children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development through age-appropriate activities and play-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct daily classroom activities as per the curriculum Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colors, shapes, rhymes, and stories Use creative teaching methods like games, songs, art, and storytelling Foster good habits, discipline, and social skills among children Observe and assess each child's progress and maintain records Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of students at all times Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and learning materials Encourage positive behavior and emotional development Participate in school events, celebrations, and meetings

Required Qualifications

Minimum: 12th Pass / Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), ECCE, or D.El.Ed Graduation in Education or Child Development (preferred) Relevant teaching experience in pre-primary classes (preferred)

Love and patience for working with young children Good communication and interpersonal skills Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching Classroom management skills Ability to work as part of a team Basic computer knowledge (optional)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
