Job Description

Role Purpose :
As a Pre-Primary School Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of our toddlers. Your creativity and passion for teaching will help cultivate a strong foundation for lifelong learning, ensuring that each child feels valued, supported, and engaged.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage exploration, creativity, and curiosity.
  • Utilize activity-based learning to foster cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Engage children through storytelling, rhymes, and interactive activities to enhance language and communication skills.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and promote positive social interactions among students.
  • Observe and assess individual student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's growth and development.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to create a supportive and enriching learning environment.

Requirements
Education Requirements:
B.ED
Experience Requirements:
0-3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a pre-primary or early childhood setting.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in child engagement strategies and activity-based learning methods.
- Knowledge of early childhood education curricula and behaviour management techniques.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional patience and empathy when working with young children.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address diverse learning needs.
