Pre-Primary Mother Teacher

Pre-Primary Coordinator

Job Summary

The Pre-Primary Mother Teacher is responsible for the holistic development of young children by providing a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment. She acts as the primary caregiver and educator, supporting children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive growth during their early learning years.

Key Responsibilities:

Create a warm, caring, and secure classroom environment that makes children feel safe and valued Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the school's curriculum Foster social, emotional, language, and motor skill development through play-based learning Observe, assess, and record each child's progress and developmental milestones Encourage good habits, manners, and basic life skills in children Maintain classroom discipline with patience, empathy, and positive reinforcement Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child's progress, behavior, and needs Ensure health, hygiene, and safety standards are followed at all times Prepare teaching aids, learning materials, and classroom displays Participate in school events, meetings, trainings, and professional development programs Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to support student well-being

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education / Pre-Primary Teaching (preferred) Prior experience teaching or caring for young children is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patient, nurturing, and child-centered attitude Ability to manage a classroom effectively Creativity and enthusiasm for early childhood learning
