Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced

Cambridge Pre-Primary Mentor

to guide, support, and mentor teachers delivering the Cambridge Early Years / Pre-Primary Programme. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality teaching practices, curriculum alignment, and holistic child development in line with Cambridge International standards.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure proper implementation of the

Cambridge Pre-Primary / Early Years curriculum

Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback Promote best practices in child-centric and inclusive education Organize and lead teacher training sessions and academic workshops Support parent orientation programs and academic interactions when required Ensure compliance with school policies and Cambridge standards

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Early Childhood Education / Education

Certification or experience in

Cambridge International Curriculum

(preferred) Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy Excellent mentoring, communication, and leadership skills Strong organizational and documentation skills Passion for early years education and continuous improvement
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
