Key Responsibilities
Ensure proper implementation of the
Cambridge Pre-Primary / Early Years curriculum
Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback
Promote best practices in child-centric and inclusive education
Organize and lead teacher training sessions and academic workshops
Support parent orientation programs and academic interactions when required
Ensure compliance with school policies and Cambridge standards
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Early Childhood Education / Education
Certification or experience in
Cambridge International Curriculum
(preferred)
Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy
Excellent mentoring, communication, and leadership skills
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Passion for early years education and continuous improvement
