Job Purpose

To nurture and educate young learners (ages 3-6 years) by creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment that supports their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth in line with CBSE Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans and activities as per CBSE/ECCE framework. Foster a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Encourage learning through play, stories, music, art, and hands-on activities. Support children's social, emotional, language, and motor skill development. Observe, assess, and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Maintain daily records, worksheets, portfolios, and assessment reports. Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' progress, behaviour, and development. Ensure classroom safety, hygiene, and discipline at all times. Collaborate with co-teachers, helpers, and coordinators for smooth classroom functioning. Participate in school events, celebrations, meetings, and training programs. Adhere to school policies, CBSE norms, and child protection guidelines.
Required Qualifications

Diploma / Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE / ECCE / NTT / Montessori / D.Ed). Bachelor's degree (preferred). Knowledge of CBSE ECCE guidelines will be an added advantage.
Experience

1-3 years of teaching experience in a pre-primary section (Nursery / KG) preferred. Freshers with relevant qualifications and passion for early childhood education may also apply.
