Job Overview
Podar Education Network is seeking a dedicated Pre Primary Float Teacher to join the team on a full-time basis. This position requires a Junior level professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in Pre Primary education. The role involves teaching young children in a dynamic learning environment, providing support across various classrooms as needed. The candidate should have exemplary skills in Early Childhood Education and be flexible to move across classes, aligning with school requirements.
Salary
15k gross/month.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Candidates must possess pre-primary school teacher skills, allowing them to proficiently manage and engage young learners (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience as a float teacher to provide support across different classrooms and adjust to diverse teaching environments (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong foundation in early childhood education to foster an environment conducive to child development (Mandatory skill).
  • Must understand child development principles to create learning strategies that cater to the individual needs of students.
  • Capably manage a classroom setting, ensuring it remains an organized and welcoming environment for all students.
  • Possess behavior management skills to effectively handle and guide children through various stages of development.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team of educators and support staff to enhance learning experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with young children, parents, and fellow educators.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assist in delivering educational programs tailored to early learners, supporting the overall curriculum objectives of Podar Education Network.
  • Provide consistent support and presence across different pre-primary classrooms as a float teacher, ensuring seamless learning experiences for all students.
  • Implement educational activities and foster a warm, engaging, and safe classroom environment conducive to child exploration and learning.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers to maintain consistency in teaching methods and share best practices across grade levels.
  • Monitor and document student progress, identifying any areas needing special attention or intervention.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and engage them in the education process.
  • Participate actively in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops to enhance teaching skills.
  • Adhere to school policies and educational philosophies while contributing to the nurturing environment established by Podar Education Network.
