Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic

Pre-Primary School Coordinator

to oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the pre-primary section. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education and capable of guiding teachers, engaging with parents, and ensuring quality learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support pre-primary teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons Monitor classroom activities to ensure age-appropriate learning and child safety Ensure implementation of curriculum and academic guidelines Organize and conduct teacher training sessions and workshops Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and school activities Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment Coordinate school events, activities, and parent-teacher meetings Prepare reports on academic performance and classroom observations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (B.Ed. or NTT / ECCE diploma preferred) Minimum 1-3 years of teaching or coordinating experience in a pre-primary setup Strong leadership and communication skills Good command over English and Hindi Passionate about early childhood education Ability to manage a team of teachers and connect well with young children
