Key Responsibilities
1. Professional Development
Assess the training needs of Pre-Primary teachers.
Organize training sessions based on need analysis and monitor follow-up.
Conduct coordination meetings, set agendas, and maintain minutes.
Stay updated with current and internationally recognized Early Childhood practices
and strive for continuous improvement.
2. Institutional Development
Assist in the recruitment and selection of new staff.
Provide feedback to the management on teaching load allocation and teacher
performance.
3. Administrative
Manage procurement of materials and resources required for various activities and
events.
Ensure timely settlement of accounts related to Pre-Primary operations.
Oversee facility maintenance and repair needs.
Support committees to meet their goals and objectives.
Assist management with admissions and related events.
Participate in the teacher appraisal process.
Coordinate teacher requirements, recruitment, and substitution.
Compile data for quarterly reports and school publications.
Maintain records of teaching and learning materials.
4. Program and Curriculum Activities
Plan and organize field trips and special monthly activities to encourage parental
involvement.
Review curriculum plans, reflections, and observations to ensure adherence to
timelines.
Provide feedback on report card comments and lesson plans.
Coordinate events, festivals, and celebrations.
Address curriculum-related queries and report them to relevant authorities.
Observe classroom sessions and provide feedback.
Mentor and coach Pre-Primary teachers to develop skills and understanding of early
childhood education.
Coordinate the parent newsletter.
5. Parent, Community, and Stakeholder Engagement
Organize parent orientations and workshops.
Follow up on fee-related matters.
Prepare and review circulars and notices for parents.
Monitor communication platforms for content and tone.
Address and resolve parent, teacher, or management concerns.
Encourage parental contributions to newsletters and activities.
6. Skills, Attitude, and Attributes
Maintain professionalism in dress, punctuality, and attendance.
Exhibit effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate expertise in early childhood teaching and learning.
Be familiar with child protection policies and related regulations.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Master's in Child Development / Human Development or Diploma in Early Childhood
Development
Experience:
Minimum 7 years in an Early Childhood setting as a Lead Teacher or Coordinator

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
