We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Pre-Primary Coordinator

to lead and manage the pre-primary wing at our educational institution in Mundra, Gujarat. The successful candidate will be responsible for curriculum planning, teacher supervision, and ensuring a joyful, nurturing learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations and academic functioning of the pre-primary section. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and teaching methodologies. Supervise, mentor, and train pre-primary teachers and staff. Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback. Organize and supervise co-curricular and extracurricular activities. Establish strong communication with parents and address their concerns effectively. Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with school leadership on policies, schedules, and assessment plans.

Requirements:

ECCEd certification and a Bachelor's degree (B.A. mandatory). 3-6 years of experience in a pre-primary teaching or coordination role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Creative mindset and passion for early childhood education. Female candidates preferred due to nature of role and institutional requirements.
