Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Professional Development
Assess and address teacher training needs
Conduct regular coordination and development meetings
Stay updated with the latest early childhood education practices
2. Administrative & Operational
Oversee procurement and resource allocation
Support in recruitment, admissions, and teacher appraisal processes
Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
3. Curriculum & Program Management
Coordinate field trips, festivals, and learning activities
Review lesson plans and classroom observations
Mentor and support teachers in curriculum delivery
4. Parent & Community Engagement
Organize parent orientations and workshops
Monitor and respond to parent communications
Ensure effective and timely engagement on school platforms
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Child/Human Development or a Diploma in Early Childhood Development
Minimum 7 years' experience in Early Childhood Education, preferably as a Lead Teacher or Coordinator
Skills & Attributes:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Expertise in child-centered pedagogy
Ability to build productive relationships with staff and parents
Familiarity with child protection policies
