for the position of

Pre-Primary Coordinator

.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate with

B.Ed / ECCEd / Montessori or equivalent qualification

Minimum 5 years of experience

in Pre-Primary education, with

at least 2 years in a leadership/coordinator role

Strong understanding of

ICSE curriculum framework

for early years Excellent

academic planning, classroom management, and teacher mentoring

skills Effective

communication with parents, teachers, and management

Ability to plan age-appropriate activities, assessments, and teacher training programs

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee academic planning and execution for Pre-Primary section Mentor and support teachers for curriculum delivery Ensure child-centric, activity-based learning environment Coordinate parent interactions and school events Maintain academic quality and compliance with school standards
