Key Responsibilities:

Oversee curriculum planning and effective implementation for Pre-Primary & Primary sections Support, mentor, and monitor teachers to ensure quality teaching-learning practices Ensure age-appropriate pedagogy and holistic child development Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback Coordinate assessments, events, and parent interactions Ensure compliance with board/school guidelines and academic calendars

Desired Profile:

Postgraduate/Graduate with B.Ed / ECCEd (mandatory) Minimum 5-8 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of early years and primary education frameworks Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Passion for nurturing young learners and working collaboratively
