Job Description

The Pre-Primary & Primary Teacher is responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering age-appropriate lessons to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the overall academic and emotional development of children.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement engaging lesson plans as per the school curriculum. Teach subjects effectively using creative and interactive teaching methods. Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe, nurturing learning environment. Assess students' learning progress and maintain academic records. Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and learning materials. Encourage social, emotional, and moral development of students. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns. Participate in school activities, events, and staff meetings. Follow school policies, rules, and academic guidelines. Support students with different learning needs and abilities.
Qualifications & Skills:

Graduation with D.Ed / B.Ed / ECCEd / NTT (as applicable). Prior teaching experience in Pre-Primary or Primary section preferred. Good communication skills in English and local language. Patience, creativity, and strong classroom management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with staff and management.
Working Hours:

As per school schedule.

Remuneration:

Salary as per school norms and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
