Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns
Make initial calls to understand customer requirements
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
Maintain lead data, follow-ups, and call records in CRM
Post-Sales Responsibilities
Coordinate booking formalities and documentation
Assist clients with agreement to sale, allotment letters, and payment schedules
Coordinate with legal, accounts, and bank loan teams
Handle customer queries related to payments, possession, and registration
Ensure timely collection of post-dated cheques and documents
Maintain complete customer records and files
Support handover and possession process
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good understanding of real estate sales and documentation

Ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups
Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
