Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Implement a child-centered and play-based curriculum designed for early learners. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment to encourage curiosity and creativity. Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including storytelling, art, music, movement, and sensory play. Foster language development, cognitive skills, and social-emotional learning through structured and unstructured activities. Support early literacy and numeracy through hands-on, interactive learning experiences. Ensure a smooth transition from home to school by providing emotional support and building strong relationships with children. Observe and track each child's progress to identify learning styles, strengths, and areas that need support. Maintain individual learning records and update parents on their child's growth and milestones. Develop strong parent partnerships through regular communication, meetings, and workshops. Encourage positive behavior and social skills, helping children develop confidence and independence. Maintain classroom discipline and safety protocols, ensuring a healthy and hygienic learning environment. Collaborate with the Montessori and Pre-Montessori teams to align teaching practices with school philosophy.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduation/Diploma or Certification in early childhood education (Not mandatory) Minimum 1+ years of experience working with young children in a preschool / early learning environment. Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Warm, patient, and passionate about working with toddlers and young learners. Creative and resourceful in designing engaging learning experiences.
Timing: 8.30am to 2.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
