We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural steel fabrication, project management, business development, and team leadership. The Head - PEB will be responsible for managing operations, driving growth, ensuring project delivery, and maintaining profitability of the division.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Define and drive the strategic direction for the PEB business unit.
Set targets for revenue, margins, and project delivery in alignment with overall organizational goals.
Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, production, and project management.
Project & Operations Management
Oversee planning, design, fabrication, and erection of PEB structures.
Monitor execution of projects to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Implement best practices in project scheduling, resource management, and quality control.
Business Development & Client Management
Develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, warehousing, and infrastructure sectors.
Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Participate in tenders, technical discussions, and contract negotiations.
Engineering & Technical Oversight
Review and approve engineering designs and drawings for compliance with codes and client requirements.
Drive innovation in design, materials, and construction techniques.
Ensure cost optimization and structural integrity in all projects.
Team Management & Development
Build and mentor a strong team of engineers, project managers, and site staff.
Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to statutory, safety, and environmental regulations.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and organizational policies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering 12-20 years of experience in PEB / Steel Structures / Industrial Construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Proven track record of handling large-scale PEB projects end-to-end In-depth knowledge of: PEB design codes (IS, AISC, MBMA, etc.) Fabrication and erection practices Project planning tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.) Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
