Job Description

The Sales Pre-Delivery Executive is responsible for supporting the sales team by coordinating vehicle preparation, conducting pre-delivery inspections (PDI), and ensuring smooth and timely vehicle delivery to customers while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

Coordinate with sales executives for vehicle availability and delivery schedules Assist in customer follow-ups related to delivery status Support sales team during vehicle handover if required Ensure all sales-related documents are completed before delivery

Pre-Delivery & Operations:

Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) as per company checklist Ensure vehicles are cleaned, polished, and ready for delivery Check engine, battery, lights, brakes, tyres, fluids, and accessories Report and coordinate rectification of defects or damages Ensure accessories and fittings are installed correctly Maintain PDI records, checklists, and delivery documentation Coordinate with service and logistics teams for timely delivery

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma (Automobile preferred) Basic knowledge of two-wheelers and delivery process Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and quality Ability to work under timelines

Experience:

0-2 years experience in automobile dealership preferred Freshers with basic automobile knowledge can apply
