About the Role



We are looking for a strategic and creative

PR/Content Strategist

to support a leading Fashion Business Mentor in shaping her digital brand presence. The ideal candidate blends content intelligence with aesthetic vision--capable of thinking through story, screen, copy, and camera to create powerful, authentic, and aspiration content.

Key Responsibilities



1. Content Strategy & Planning



Develop a clear content strategy aligned with the mentor's brand voice, mission, and business goals. Create monthly and quarterly content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, podcasts, and email. Ideate storytelling themes and frameworks around fashion, entrepreneurship, mindset, and business growth. Identify trending topics, community insights, and opportunities to position the mentor as a thought leader.

2. Conceptualization & Creation



Think through the full visual narrative--framing, camera angles, lighting, staging, and copy. Assist in planning and shooting videos (interviews, Reels, BTS, educational content). Review existing class or training footage and repurpose it into short-form or long-form formats. Capture testimonials and event moments from the community and convert them into compelling brand stories. Write and edit scripts, captions, and campaign copy that are sharp, emotional, and on-brand.

3. Brand Building & Campaigns



Develop strong campaign concepts for launches, events, and collaborations. Strengthen the mentor's positioning as an industry expert through storytelling and thoughtful visuals. Collaborate with video editors, designers, and media partners to deliver premium-quality output. Ensure every piece of content aligns with brand aesthetics and communicates a clear, unified message.

4. Analytics & Optimization



Monitor content performance across platforms and refine strategies based on insights. Suggest new formats, trends, and innovations to improve reach, engagement, and overall brand presence

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Fashion Communication, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of experience in content strategy, digital storytelling, or brand marketing (preferably in fashion, coaching, or lifestyle). Strong creative and visual sense, with understanding of composition, lighting, and tone. Skilled in scriptwriting, social media planning, and basic video production. Knowledge of digital platforms, analytics tools, and performance tracking. Excellent communication, planning, and execution skills.
