Job Summary:

The Prayer Intercessor serves as a spiritual warrior, dedicated to praying consistently and intentionally on behalf of others, the community, and global concerns. This role requires a deep personal relationship with God, spiritual maturity, discretion, and a heart for serving through intercession.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in regular intercessory prayer on behalf of individuals, ministries, and global events. Burden fully praying for the partners. Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling prayer requests. Follow up with individuals or teams as needed to provide encouragement and spiritual support. Stay spiritually nourished through consistent Bible study, devotionals, and fellowship. Maintain a prayer journal or record of intercessory topics and answered prayers (optional or as requested). Offer spiritual discernment and support during times of crisis or spiritual warfare.

Qualifications:

A strong and active Christian faith with a personal commitment to prayer. A lifestyle that reflects spiritual maturity, integrity, and discretion. Previous experience in prayer ministry or similar roles is preferred but not required. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Deep compassion for others and a heart for service. Availability to pray regularly and respond to urgent prayer needs.

Preferred Skills:

Strong listening and communication skills. Sensitivity to the leading of the Holy Spirit. Emotional and spiritual stability. Understanding of biblical principles of prayer and intercession.
