The Prayer Intercessor serves as a frontline minister of Jesus Calls Ministry, committed to praying for individuals, families, and nations. This role requires spiritual maturity, compassion, and a strong commitment to intercede faithfully for prayer requests received through various channels, offering Christ-centered encouragement and hope.
Key Responsibilities
Intercede in prayer for requests received through phone calls, letters, emails, and walk-in visitors.
Provide biblical comfort, encouragement, and spiritual guidance based on God's Word.
Handle all prayer requests with sensitivity, care, and strict confidentiality.
Work in assigned rotational shifts, including weekends, night watches, fasting prayers, and special prayer programs.
Record and update prayer requests accurately as per ministry guidelines and systems.
Support ministry events, special prayer days, and outreach initiatives when required.
Uphold and live out the vision, values, and spiritual discipline of Jesus Calls Ministry.
Spiritual & Personal Requirements
A committed born-again believer with a strong personal prayer life.
Good knowledge of the Bible and ability to apply Scripture in prayer.
Emotionally mature, compassionate, and spiritually discerning.
Willingness to serve sacrificially with humility, obedience, and
flexibility in shift work
.
