Practicing Advocate
Job Description
Fresher Practicing Advocates looking for part time having interest to support and assist on civil and corporates laws.
Assist and formulate legal procedures related to companies legal act
coordinate with advocate for filing and regular monitoring of cases
Track all court hearing dates, stages, history and take necessary steps
Provide advocates with required documents/assistance
Review prior to hearing dates for resolution of the cases
Service and Execution of Legal process issued by the courts
Job Types: Part-time, Fresher
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 per week
