Key Responsibilities
Sales
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and client meetings.
Pitch products/services to prospective clients and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell/cross-sell services.
Track sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports.
Public Relations
Build and maintain a positive public image for the company.
Draft press releases, company profiles, and promotional content.
Liaise with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
Organize and coordinate events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Monitor media coverage and share updates with the internal team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, PR, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or PR (Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage both client-facing sales and PR activities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.
Strong networking skills with a creative outlook.
