PR & Sales Executive

who can combine relationship-building with sales expertise to drive business growth in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in Pune for digital marketing and PR services. Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, media professionals, and influencers. Pitch, present, and close deals for services such as PR, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Branding, and Websites. Plan and execute PR activities, networking events, and collaborations to enhance visibility. Understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to agency growth. Maintain and update client database, sales pipeline, and prepare reports. Represent the agency at client meetings, events, and networking forums.

Key Requirements:

Must be

based in Pune

with strong local contacts and networking ability.

1-3 years of experience

in PR, Sales, or Business Development (preferably in Digital Marketing, Media, or Advertising). Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply. Strong

communication, negotiation, and convincing skills

. Ability to confidently explain digital marketing and PR services to clients. Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated. Good presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
