We are looking for a proactive and creative

PR & Marketing Executive

to lead our brand communication and visibility efforts across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate will have a flair for storytelling, strong design sensibility, and experience in promoting art, design, or culture-focused brands. The role requires someone who can enhance Karabi Art's presence in sectors like Museums, Hospitality, Public Art, Parks, Temples, and Cultural Installations through strategic marketing and public relations..

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and Maintain Relationships with Media Outlets, Bloggers, Art Critics, And Influencers.

Write And Distribute Press Releases, Media Kits, And Feature Stories.

Coordinate With Magazines, Art Journals, And Online Platforms for Brand Features.

Represent Karabi Art At Exhibitions, Events, And Networking Forums.

Plan And Execute Marketing Campaigns (Offline & Digital) To Promote Our Projects And Services.

Develop Content Strategies for Website, Social Media (Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook), And Email Newsletters.

Coordinate Photoshoots and Video Campaigns Of Installations And Behind-The-Scenes Work.

Manage Digital Ads (Google Ads, Meta, Linkedin) With Creative Agencies Or Freelancers.

Work Closely With The Sales And Design Team To Develop Pitch Decks And Project Presentations.

Follow Up On Inbound Leads And Ensure Regular Updates To Interested Clients.

Analyze Client Preferences And Market Trends To Recommend Creative Strategies.

Regularly Update Website Content With New Projects And Blog Posts.

Monitor Google Analytics, SEO Performance, And Campaign Results To Drive Improvement.

Requirements:

Excellent communication & storytelling skills (English & Hindi preferred)

Strong understanding of branding and visual aesthetics

Familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, or Google Ads

Prior experience in PR, marketing, or content creation--preferably in art, design, architecture, or creative industries

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, or a related field

2-4 years of experience in a relevant role (art/design field is a plus)

Passion for art, design, and visual storytelling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
