Monitor financial industry trends, competitor messaging, and market insights to refine communication approaches.
Public Relations & Brand Management
Lead public relations initiatives, including writing and distributing press releases, managing media inquiries, and securing media coverage.
Build strong relationships with financial and business media, journalists, and key industry influencers.
Position company leadership as thought leaders through interviews, bylines, speaking opportunities, and executive communication.
Digital, Social & Influencer Marketing
Plan and manage social media content calendars and influencer marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Work closely with digital teams to align messaging across paid, earned, and owned media.
Analyze performance data and adjust communication strategies for impact and reach.
Event Campaigns & Internal Communication
Develop communication strategies and content for product launches, webinars, client events, and internal initiatives.
Collaborate with event teams on pre- and post-event messaging, promotional materials, and campaign execution.
Support internal communication efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with corporate goals.
Brand Voice & Governance
Maintain brand tone, messaging consistency, and visual identity across all communication touchpoints.
Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure all content adheres to financial regulations and brand standards.
Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in PR and marketing communications, preferably in financial services, fintech, banking, or asset management.
Strong understanding of financial products and the regulatory environment impacting marketing communications.
Exceptional writing and editing skills; ability to simplify complex financial topics for a wider audience.
Experience in SEO, content marketing, influencer management, and campaign execution.
Proficiency in CMS, CRM, analytics, and social media management tools.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
