About the Role
Seeking a PR & Marketing Associate to support brand communication, media outreach, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in building a strong brand presence, driving media visibility, and supporting the execution of content and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Support PR and media relations strategy to enhance brand visibility
Coordinate with journalists, media houses, influencers, and partners for features and collaborations
Write and distribute press releases, media briefs, and coverage reports
Manage media communication calendar and outreach tracking
Assist in planning and execution of marketing campaigns
Support content development for social media, website, and marketing collateral
Monitor media coverage, sentiment, and competitor activity
Assist in organizing events, interviews, webinars, and brand activities
Coordinate internal communication for brand messaging alignment
Preferred Skills

• Experience with PR tools/platforms (e.g., Meltwater, PR Newswire, Cision)

• Exposure to social media management & content planning

• Experience in startups or fast-paced marketing environments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Media, Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong understanding of media landscape and digital platforms

• Basic content writing & copywriting skills

• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace

• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns
